The free yoga app that has a little bit of everything for anyone. I really like this app. As a 33 yr old male, I rarely stretched. Had back pain everyday. Looked up free yoga apps and this was top of the list. This app has routines from post workout stretches, to beginner yoga classes, to digestion booster stretches, to bedtime yoga, to period cramp stretches. I like how you can earn points from stretches to h lock other stretches. I like the short 10 minute stretches too. Great beginner app!

I'm finally doing yoga consistently thanks to this app. The beginners series was a great way to get moving again, starting with shorter classes and moving towards longer ones and nothing too difficult. It helps my ADHD brain to have a series that keeps things interesting with no need to think about what class to do next. I love that the points system is actually motivating because they can be used to buy more classes. Membership, if you want it, is reasonably priced. Thank you!

I am totally new at yoga. So this is going at a pretty good pace and perfect for a beginner. Looking forward to completing this program and trying more advanced ones in the future weeks and months. I like the video in addition to speaking the directions clearly to be able to follow without having to have too many disruptions or memorizations.
